As the plans for reopening the economy begin to be implemented, employees are eligible for additional protections. Every employer will have to start to address the new Employee Handbook policies that will need to be created, communicated to employees, and explained to employees. Among the policies we will discuss in this session are, policies about Families First Coronavirus Response Act, Paid Sick Leave, and Emergency Family Medical Leave Act (EFMLA), teleworking policies, Employee PPE and Social Distancing Policies, and OSHA standards for COVID-19.
